Arielle brings her vast experience and exposure of supporting a broad range of Australian brand names in their engagement initiative to partner with our clients in identifying and implementing solutions that drive sustainable returns in performance and engagement for your organisation.
Arielle is a go-getter and thrives on creating and nurturing relationships and being of best service to her clients. From working in television and film production to event management and corporate training, Arielle has also managed a number of businesses including social research company Heartbeat Trends, The Ideas Vault and her own business Kman Skate School – Australia’s premier skateboard school!
Throughout her early career a common theme that kept presenting was the concept of team alignment and how to keep a team ‘glued’ and driven towards a common purpose. This led Arielle towards a new area of expertise in the Employee Engagement space, kick-started by the opportunity to join one of Australia’s Best Places to Work – RedBalloon. Throwing herself into the Corporate Team’s mission to lift engagement around Australia, Arielle was soon working with some of the Corporate Team’s biggest clients including HWE Mining, Campbelltown Catholic Club, iiNet, Startrack Express and Crowe Horwath. Arielle has also worked with Risk To Business who support large organisations with conflict mediation and resolution.
Working in the Employee Engagement space has given Arielle an intimate knowlege of HR practices and deliverables. She understands the impact of an organisation’s capabilities in determining their level of employee engagement – including leadership, sense of shared purpose, employer branding, training and communication. Dr Luica Kelleher | Human Decision Making & Behavioural Change Specialist
Dr. Lucia Kelleher is a leading edge thinker and an expert in human behaviour helping businesses work with their people to overcome resistance to changing behaviour in the workplace. With a PHD in Neuroscience, Lucia helps our clients understand the brain science of sustainable performance and sustainable change.
