Group Mentoring & Coaching Sessions for Leaders

Need to provide some additional support to your managers and can’t invest in individual coaching or training? Wish that you could provide a formal mentor program internally but don’t have the right fit of Mentors for your Mentees.

The benefits of a Group Coaching and Mentoring program are undeniable. It allows for communication channels to open that previously never existed and for new relationships to develop, friendships to form and knowledge to be shared. Conducted every fortnight over a twelve week period in a face to face mastermind circle, participants will have the opportunity to ask an experienced leader and coach their coaching challenges. As well as committing to goals each session they will be buddied up to be coached & supported by another participant on the weeks that the face to face mentoring sessions are not on.

360° Feedback Review & Debrief

Looking to grow & develop your team? Need some help identifying their opportunities for growth & development? A 360° Feedback Review will help assess an individual’s current performance including gathering feedback from those within their core stakeholder circle. The participant selects 5-8 key stakeholders to complete an anonymous feedback survey online. This is collated into a working document for the participant to discuss and be coached around to extend self awareness and elevate their coaching and leadership performance to a targeted level as assessed by their stakeholder group. Each review includes a 60 minute individual debrief to ensure participants engage with and process the relevant comments
